1. We will provide you with professional advice at all times, making sure you are well informed of any situation involving your properties or your interest.
2. We only deal with funds sent through recognised Banks; we do not accept money transfers through Western Union, Money gram, or other similar transfer schemes.
3. Please note that D&L Estate Agency and Legal Advisors do not guarantee that if you purchase a property in Santiago de Cali it will provide you with a constant return: As in all countries, a property may be rented out for a certain amount of time and then be unoccupied for a period of time, you may then need to cover utility bill expenses, council taxes and other applicable fees.
4. We can advise you with the search and purchase of property in Colombia. However the final decision of whether to invest is yours, we strongly recommend that you are absolutely certain of the investment you are about to make. Please make sure you are fully aware of the political, social and economic situation in Colombia and more specifically in Santiago de Cali.
5. We cannot take responsibility in case your property suffers considerable damage caused by natural catastrophe. However you can purchase home insurance that will protect your investment in such an event that we can advise on.
6. We cannot guarantee property prices will continue to rise or remain stable, for example we cannot take responsibility in case of a recession in the country that may affect the value of your properties.
